Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, store credits, cancellations, and delivery issues are handled.

Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return approval is required before any item is sent back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing normally takes 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Replacements
We will replace an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Store Credit
Store credit may be selected instead of a refund where available. Credit is issued electronically after the return is approved and processed. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not started. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the approved return procedure after delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Claims should include the order number and any available delivery or packaging evidence. We will review the shipment and provide the appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, altered, damaged, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return. Clearance items, final-sale items, and products returned without prior authorization may also be refused.
Request a Return
Email service@cvitaco.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions from CVITACO.
