Every order from CVITACO is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary use, for consumption, or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical purpose. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Only Agreement.
By purchasing from CVITACO you acknowledge and agree to each clause in this document.
INTENDED USE
All products sold by CVITACO are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.
NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE
Products must not be consumed by humans or animals. They must not be used in, or as a component of, any food, drug, cosmetic, household product, or medical device, and they must not be used in any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic procedure. Any such use is strictly prohibited.
QUALIFIED RESEARCHER
By purchasing, you represent and confirm that you are a qualified researcher or part of a qualified research institution purchasing these materials for legitimate in-vitro research and development purposes only. You affirm that you have the training, facilities, and authorization necessary to handle, use, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional policies.
RESPONSIBILITY
You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased from CVITACO. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and institutional safety standards governing the possession and use of these materials, including all import, export, and customs requirements.
NO RESALE FOR PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to resell, relabel, or otherwise distribute any product purchased from CVITACO for any use that is prohibited by this Agreement or by any applicable law or regulation. You will not transfer these products to any individual or entity for human or veterinary use or for any unlawful purpose.
Acknowledgement
By placing an order with CVITACO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Only Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a material term of sale and is incorporated into your order. If you do not agree to every clause of this Agreement, you must not purchase, possess, or use any products from CVITACO.
